We had a lot of people stop by and say hello at RootsTech. They loved how ClearPHONE allows family members to connect to each other in a new, private way. Sharing records and ancestral insights without fear of being monitored, and storing data in a decentralized way to prevent corrupted records were also very appealing.
As more and more people get in touch with their roots, the records will continue to grow. That means better storage options, more accessibility, and having a life beyond the person collecting the data. ClearPHONE addresses each of these needs in a unique way, allowing for total control by the user, while allowing them to share with family members and maintain a permanent record.
We were also surprised at how much the younger generation loved the phone. They looked at the camera first, to see how good the selfies are. “I wish my mom would get me this phone,” one teenage girl said. “I don’t like ads popping up all the time, and the camera is better than mine.”
