Engineers at ClearCenter have been working hard to improve the ease of use for users of Microsoft’s Active Directory. As you may know, ClearOS is capable of connecting to Microsoft Active Directory via the ClearOS Active Directory Connector App found in the ClearOS Marketplace.
What you may not know is that connecting is about to get much easier. Improvements are now complete and entering the testing phases for those that want to join AD domains. Now, ClearOS will do much of the heavy lifting of pre-validation before domain joins of ClearOS to Microsoft Active Directory are completed.
This should make deployments of ClearOS in your Microsoft Windows Server environments much easier.
